This is a SCAM shop. I paid, then saw reviews and realized I had been duped. I called, and to my surprise someone answered and said no problem! We'll refund you! It has now been 11 days, 0 refund. And their phone no longer works/they blocked me. Shame on them.
They refused to honor the sales price as listed on their website, nor did they call to check on my order for multiple items before they decided to ship only one (“because that’s the correct price it should have been”)
Do Not Order anything online from this place. Having to file a fraud dispute with PayPal in order to get my money back. Called the place 3 times and “everyone is busy”. The email address on file comes back as “undeliverable”. The other 877 phone number is some telemarketing company that answers with “we have a special offer for you”.
Do not order anything online from this store. No confirmation was sent. Multiple emails to the store did not resolve the problem. It wasn't until I filed a fraud/complaint through Paypal did I receive confirmation. Then I needed to return an item and emailed John directly and still haven't heard 10 days later on the process. Called the store which was zero help....."John just left, can't help you". DO NOT ORDER ONLINE......IT'S TERRIBLE!!
