A couple of weeks ago, I went in to get a walker and wheelchair. Rita was incredibly informative and helpful. The ice pack she recommended has made a huge difference. I’m taking the walker in today because the rear wheels I added keep coming off, and I’m hoping they can fix it. Rita made the overall experience very positive and helped set me up on the road to recovery. Quick update - I took the walker in, and they replaced the rear wheels. They work great, and I’m very appreciative!
Customer service was bad. They left me waiting even knowing where a product was and what i needed was quick. I walked out. Ill just order it off Amazon.

Great selection with exceptional customer service. Christina was an angel. No one expects to fracture their foot on their birthday, but her expertise and kindness made our day much better. Very grateful to her!
