Awesome place to train BJJ! The gym is always super clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, it’s a great spot to train and improve. Highly recommend!
Sprung mats, Physio, Strength and Conditioning coach and Gym upstairs, Coffee machine, Drinks fridge always stocked with energy drinks sports drinks and water, 2 Hot showers, very clean and organised, very professional environment. Even if i didn’t attend the classes i’d still probably come just to hang out
