I emailed to inquire about why they were not reporting on my credit report a few months ago with no response. So I decided to call and I was told that they were getting a new computer software and it should be updated within the next 30 days. So I called back about 45 to 60 days later because I did not see the update on my credit report for Transunion and was told to call back in another 30 days if I don't see a resolution. The worst. I fell behind on payment. They garish my wages for the full amount..... they got there money.. now they still sending me bills after the debt was paid..... Updated, still garnishing my wages..... the debt has been paid. Now the lawyer guy they use won't return my calls. Every time I call this place they tell me they will get back to me and never do.
