Atlantic FCU will only allow you to join If you live in certain Maine counties. Went through all of the questions, allowed them to hard pull my credit (which leaves an inquiry) only to be told I can not join the fcu as I live in Penobscot county. IF this (county of residence) is so important, should that have been one of the first questions asked? Also, the loan, They would require me to close ALL of my credit accounts that they pay. This is my favorite place to bank. I finally found a financial institution that doesn't charge you high or strange fees & that fits perfect for me. Everyone is so friendly here, too. The Kasasa account actually gives you back a few bucks a month when you check your account online & withdraw from your account. I love it here & highly recommend it! 👌
Love this Bank and the people who work there, they care and take good care of us at any point of our life's, always willing to help.
Love this place. I do, however, wish they posted online that they were closed today, Juneteenth. I specifically checked and it appeared they were open. While I was sitting in the parking lot, several cars came through to use the bank and were met with disappointment. Only communication was a sheet of paper taped to the door.
Great bank, very forgiving and willing to help you grow.
