DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! I had a signature loan with federal Atlantic credit union since 2021. However, I had been late on some payments, but I caught up. In 2025 i began paying a lump sum each months, they attempted to ruin my credit. They kept calling my minor daughter, who was a teenager in high school to reach me. I’m done with this bank and I will be closing my account for good. I’ve been with this bank for over 13 years. I applied for a quick loan and I click the link on the mobile app redirected me, and I follow all the prompts that it told me to do, I got a letter saying that I was not approved. But on the website it stated that your approve if you been with them for a certain period of time, however I received a letter with a credit score that’s not even accurate and my credit score was check through this bank stating that they w... read more
