No two employees here can give the same answer to my questions. It happened 3 times for different issues. I closed the account.
I had an issue with my credit card and was freaking out! I was in another country and didn’t know what to do. Even though I was not as polite or calm as I should’ve been, the folks at the credit union helping me were both calm and polite. Then when I went in person to sort out the last little details, the staff figured everything out, explained it to me patiently and took care of everything. Cannot recommend them highly enough. A truly embarrassing example of bad service. Consecutive issues of bad customer service for months. 1st it was rudeness on the phone from a rep when i called in. Then it was they failed to set up automatic transfers several times over correctly. My experiences with them attempting to resolve the issues were a slap in the face to and was insulting at best.
I needed help with accounts and access and Gloria was super patient and helped me out with everything:)
Can’t say enough about the team at the Freeport branch. I was traveling internationally and they handled every aspect, including a wire transfer and activating my debit card, among other things. Always professional, kind and thorough.
