A truly embarrassing example of bad service. Consecutive issues of bad customer service for months. 1st it was rudeness on the phone from a rep when i called in. Then it was they failed to set up automatic transfers several times over correctly. My experiences with them attempting to resolve the issues were a slap in the face to and was insulting at best.
I needed help with accounts and access and Gloria was super patient and helped me out with everything:)
Can’t say enough about the team at the Freeport branch. I was traveling internationally and they handled every aspect, including a wire transfer and activating my debit card, among other things. Always professional, kind and thorough.
Teller messed up our funds. First time they almost put the check we received from a business into that businesses account but realized it before we left, the next day we added funds and instead of adding fund they said we withdraw it and stole our funds. This is insane, I can understand a simple mistake everyone is human but two days in a row? It's always been something with this credit union and sadly I've just had enough when money is being messed with. Lucky enough it got fixed again but if this had been done before close... read more
