There’s never anyone available during normal banking hours, the request for loans or loan information drags on for days, and I promise you no one ever knows what’s up or down at this bank. I currently only have a credit card with them which I’m only keeping open because I’ve had it so long. Even trying to get a credit increase is a hassle because you have to call the bank. Thought it was just me but seeing all the 1 Star reviews, it appears that Atlantic Federal Credit Union is no longer the banking institution it used to be prior to the pandemic. The service is terrible, actually non existent, and I will no longer recommend Atlantic Credit Union to anyone. Had a disastrous conversation with Tamara it was such an unpleasant call, which was related to service on my account that, all admiration and respect, i once had is now gone. Customer service has become horrible. First off why is the lobby still closed. Other Banks and credit unions are opened already. Secondly they say make an appointment by online or phone. I tried online and didn't get a response until a week later for an appointment given to me two weeks after that. Ridiculous. Then when you call no one answers the phone. How do you guys expect to stay in business like this. You guys were once great but went down hill pretty fast
