Website listed it was open, door schedule listed as open, but its closed, drove 2 hours , yes I called and they voice mail did not say it was closed, just along wasted trip, Son was stoked up about his birthday gift but was let down by some moronic marketing strategy by posting and listing incorrect shop hours. Looked through window and the place looked like a bomb went off in a radio shack / pawn shop / speaker store. Ronny had to let his dogs out , So I dropped a grand somewhere else. Very very knowledgeable owner.. super helpful, Ronnie goes out of his way to make it right. I would shop and allow multi media system installs!
The staff are very nice and knowledgeable, but they are never at the store. When you call ahead of time, it leads to a cell phone with no option of leaving a voicemail. If they were ever in the store, they would get 5 stars. I refuse to text a business to request their presence in their storefront, during "open" hours.
