Great customer service and very professional. Never had any issues like I did with local banks here.
When I'm in the credit union, the customer service is great. But if I need to call, you literally never get anyone to answer and the message is that you'll get a call right back--that doesn't happen. ACFCU used to have the best customer service all the way around and I can't always go to the credit union to get my questions answered. I hope you figure out the phone calls and answering.
I really appreciate all the help that I got with my loan after my husband passed away and I had to redo the loan.
My experience was wonderful. The young man who helped me was polite, knowledgeable, thorough and fast. I have been a customer here for years, and will continue to be one.
