The customer service was good. The quality is like walmart, some things may be worth the money and some may not. I bought furniture for 2 bedrooms and a den. Also the loan company they're with has high fees, I wouldn't recommend anyone to finance with West Creek.
I purchased a leather sofa and loveseat from them. I took my time and paid for the items. Upon completing my payment, they ordered my furniture and informed me that it would take 4 to 6 weeks. Hammond was so patient and accommodating when it was time for delivery. He was under a lot of pressure trying to get deliveries done and managing the store. Thank you so much for all your help . I love my furniture.
I needed an inexpensive mattress and bed in a hurry and Hammond made it happen!
