Do NOT buy from this place!!! My recliner has been replaced twice already and has to be replace for a 3rd time. The furniture is cheap and the customer service is awful. The manager, Marcus Marshall, was VERY rude to my husband when he called to ask for our money back after all of this inconvenience. Marcus told my husband to "Do what you have to do"....oh we definitely will. My attorney has been contacted!!
DO NOT! Purchase anything from this lying, rip off company! Last, year Feb 2017. I purchased a sofa from this company and had no issues. This year Feb 2018. I purchased $2,900 worth of so called marked down furniture. The sales person was some slick talker name Vito or something. (Whom was fired a the next week) I paid for shipping $110. After, 2 trips I still don't have all of my purchase. (My kids bunk bed)My kids have had to sleep on the floor with their brand new mattress. I have called repeatly and was blown off. I really wanted to.like this place. I was told the couch I originally wanted was discontinued. The original sales person was not available. I spoke with another sales person that acted like he did not want to be there. The furmiture was not really my taste. A lot of black and brown. BUT I was willining to special order. The sales person attitude was so impersonable I decided to take my business elsewhere. Glad I did. I made a large purchase at another establishment that I am very happy with.
