I highly recommend Janie as a lender! She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I had absolutely no idea how any of this process works, and Ms. Arrington of Atlantic Bay mortgage helped me understand all of the options available to me. She was very responsive to every question I had, and answered them all in a timely manner. We had some issues in the beginning because I didn’t know that you couldn’t start a new credit card account when you are under contract, but otherwise everything else was smooth sailing.

Janie was an absolute pleasure to work with! She helped me and my fiancé through the mortgage process with such a warm and caring attitude. There is no way we would have been able to navigate this milestone without Janie’s help. She definitely went above and beyond what she has to do to help us buy our first home.
