Every time I go here, the bankers are very helpful and answer all my questions. On top of that I always have a friendly experience.

Both black tellers are so nasty??? Don’t know how they still working for this bank I will never go to this bank again Just had it out with one of them for being so rude told her off in front of manager and manager just said I’m sorry and walked away so sad!!!!

I went in to inquire about the interest rates they offer. The first thing I see is baloney slices on the floor in front of the teller area. The teller, without a greet, told me to sit and wait. Two female employees passed me by without greeting or even acknowledging that I was even present, and one of them decided to kick the baloney saying how pathetic the people that left the luncheon meat were for dropping it on the floor. Five minutes later the baloney was still on the floor and no one said a word to me. I left.

Every time I conduct business at this branch, there is always only one teller open. It happens to be the same teller who seems to be very rude. She does not greet you at the window, seems to act as if I am bothering her and when I am ready to leave the window, never says Thank You, Have a Nice Day or anything any normal, decently trained customer service rep would do.
