My experience at this Flagstar Bank was appalling and discriminatory. I went in to deposit a large check and was immediately subjected to racist scrutiny because I am Hispanic and was "dressed down." They required about five different employees to verify a simple check and my account information—an excessive process clearly motivated by bias, not standard procedure. The many times I have been to this bank I've been biased against. Where it is long wait times or customer support that refuse to acknowledge my existence. Barely any staff to assist customers.
