Staff, Michael, was very nice to deal with. Kind and patient. Testing was very professional. Was thankful that I was listened to. I was not ready to commit to hearing aids, however I was provided with a clear explanation of why I should consider the idea. Being a person who is not comfortable with pressure sales, I was pleased that I was respected in my reasons. Thank you.
