First, a human answer the phone. Every staff member that I met was so kind and helpful. Dr. Laporte is so helpful, and supportive and clearly guided me on this journey and I feel I received the best support. I love my hearing aids
My first visit to Atlantic Audiology was extremely pleasant and professional. From the receptionist (Dawn) to Dr. Timmons. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who has (or think they have) any hearing problems.
Very informative, very pleasant atmosphere answered all questions. Everyone was kind and not pushy to buy anything. Highly recommend if in need of a hearing test and/or aid.
The doctor took the time to ask questions about me. She was very personable.
