Great service , the driver was very nice and welcoming . Will definitely continue using them as my transportation provider
One of the worst transportations you could use. They are very unprofessional, and made my brother late to his appointments or they would bring him extremely early. If by some miracle he makes it to his appointment on time they come back to pick him up late. We had attempted to change his transportation multiple times and the owner practically ambushed him and convinced him to stay with them. This is the world's worst company! We paid them $175 to drive us the two miles to and from my 100-year-old mom's doctor. We waited an hour and 15 minutes in a cold medical lobby for them to pick us up after the appointment -- with my mom shivering and tormented by pain from her back injury. What an outrage!
The last few times we use them, there was a problem with the van every time. Now they don't even answer the phone when you call
