Really only posting to help boost the reviews. Honestly I don’t see a problem with this company. Maybe I just have a good representative but I’ve had no issues. I was scared I would lose my car once when I was a month behind “I make weekly payments” but as long as I catch up sooner then later and talk to him Warren has always been a god send. Maybe I’ll take it back later but I figured I’d say something nice.
Lee's/ Atlantic Acceptance was so good at the beginning of my loan. I have less than a year to pay on my car. Which by the way is non inspectable, and they won't let me trade it in on another vehicle. I live on disability due to heart failure. I have to get back and forth between Portland and Boston. And now have to use transportation or get a ride. When I took my car to them to see if I could get a trade. They told me they would only give me 800 for the trade and I would need 1200 down with that. I would still have to tack ... read more

Horrible company, rude and unhelpful employees. They pray on desperate people, lock them into ridiculously high payments and then treat these people with total disdain. They're lucky people need their cars or they'd be out of business.
When we started they were amazing, we never missed a payment until we hit our last year with them. Unfortunately I lost my job and boy did they make you feel even worse about it. Danny actually is the one that just don't care about people your just an account. He told me "oh I've heard this story before." Well I'm sorry you think it's a story, but at the moment it's my life, you would think 5 years and they would try to work with you, nope not him anyway.
