I was very pleased to see the difference in authentic Thailand Teak, verses what is available at most outdoor furniture stores. The wood, craftsmanship and finish is beautiful. The few visible fasteners were either stainless steel of high grade brass. I do not think you could find better teak furniture anywhere.
