Extremely disappointed in the customer service provided by this team. Laughing at a customer is unacceptable. Therefore, I will be closing my savings account and I will move my car loan to another establishment. One bad apple can affect the entire bunch, and sadly... that's what happened today. I simply asked for clarification regarding a service I requested and was laughed at as well as still charged for the service when it wasn't utilized.
