Tiress were dry rotten
In the express drive rental agreement it says the rental fee includes insurance and maintenance but after every ride there is a hidden fee that says insurance and government taxes which doesn’t add up and doesn’t make sense the Lyft agreement says drivers earn 70% of earnings which supposed to be 70% of what passengers pay but it’s counted after the misleading hidden fees are deducted which is totally ridiculous and unfair and contrary to what was promised
Watch out with using the lyft app. I have been requesting services and they never have never shown up at the specific meeting place.
Got a car process was smooth and fast
You rent a car and then are left in your own. There is NO customer service website, NO phone number, NO email that tells you what to do when, for example, you have a blowout on the highway. There’s a roadside assistance number, but they don’t know what to do after the emergency. The Lyft app doesn’t explain any of this either. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you can’t get any customer support for issues like this.
