Don't do it! When it's time to get your deposit they will hit you with anything they can keep your money. Told me to vacuum the car and then I get charged $55 for a drive through washing. Never told me once to wash the car. All kinds of rental fees. Never again they are got to get you in the end.
The ABSOLUTE worst customer service. The wait time, WITH AN APPOINTMENT is excruciating. Just clear your ENTIRE DAY if you are gathering a vehicle from this location. The music is blasting. If sitting on the other side waiting area, one can't hear their name called. My experience has been immediate defensiveness and agression when addressed.
