Legitimately the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I ordered a product online. It was apparently sold out but still let me order it. This happens a lot with sought after limited releases. I immediately received an email from Dalton asking what I wanted to do, and how to proceed. I decided to take my chances and keep the order, hoping to get one in the next delivery. Ordered some ZAP Formula 560 Canopy Glue for a project. Ordering process was seamless. Communication was A+. Shipping was prompt and packing secure. Great experience.
Excellent experience with this company. Shipped so quickly I was amazed when I received the package. The item I ordered was packed very carefully, padded so that damage could not occur. I would definitely recommend this company.
Came in today looking to be educated on motors and batteries with the intent to purchase a new motor. Dan was very welcoming and helped teach me why my RC motor was possibly overheating. We spent 10 mins talking and then I browsed the shop. I ended up not purchasing anything but Dan was still very nice and helpful. I will be back to purchase a new RC project of some sort soon. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
