We have 4 automotive repair shops and we’re having a difficult time finding someone to replace our air compressor. After 2 weeks of run around we stumbled on to Atlanta Compressor. Within 24 hours we were scheduled for service the following day!!!! Amazing customer service and most importantly speed of service was fantastic. The technician doing the install was very nice and did a fantastic job with a difficult install. I can’t thank you enough!! You are our go to from now on, keep up the great work!!
We have an IR compressor in our shop. I called them out several times "IR" and the same issue continued to happen over and over again. Let me tell you I called Atlanta compressor they came out and diagnosed the issue "IR" could not "FIX" in literally 10mins. What blew me away was Atlanta compressor came out and fixed my compressor, you would think the people that built it could have fixed it right the first time. If you click the one star reviews others submitted, we’ve experienced all the same. We feel baited and switched on the replacement compressor that was sold to us, which was different than we initially agreed to install. Since set up, we’ve had many service appointments that have led to no fixes and heavy charges (including 4hr travel fees). Wouldn’t recommend and now having to invest in another unit to rid ourselves of these never ending issues.
Jason was the Tech dispatch to trouble shoot issue with control circuit on the IR air compressor. He checked each component in the system. Final results were the cooling system had bad fan motor. Gave us a timely estimate for replacement and explained expectations with supply chain with part orders.
Have used this company twice, once for compressor repair and once for a replacement. They have always been spectacular with their customer service and prompt attention to the needs of the customer. I highly recommend them for all of your air compressor needs.
