Our company purchased a hertz compressor from Atlanta Compressor because ours was old and worn out. (+30 years old) We were told it would be more efficient and less to maintain. We spent more on the first service than we spent in 10 years on our old one. To top it off the thing runs constantly. Customer service has been sub par and snide. I would not recommend this company.
My company purchased 2 portable air compressors from Atlanta Compressor, $27K each. One of the compressors caught on fire while it was being towed to the job site. The compressor had not even had its first 500 hour service. Atlanta Compressor sent us an invoice for repair. I drove 2 hours to pick up the compressor. We have 4 automotive repair shops and we’re having a difficult time finding someone to replace our air compressor. After 2 weeks of run around we stumbled on to Atlanta Compressor. Within 24 hours we were scheduled for service the following day!!!! Amazing customer service and most importantly speed of service was fantastic. The technician doing the install was very nice and did a fantastic job with a difficult install. I can’t thank you enough!! You are our go to from now on, keep up the great work!!
