We use Atlanta Compressor for service and maintenance on our equipment and they have been great to work with. They are easy to get in touch with, communicate well, and make the whole service process pretty painless. Their team keeps us updated, shows up when they say they will, and does a good job of explaining what is going on without making things more complicated than they need to be. Reliable service and good communication go a long way, and Atlanta Compressor has been consistent with both. Definitely recommend them.
Products are marketed and priced as premium originals, yet what customers receive appears to be low quality, Chinese made merchandise sold at an enormous markup. On top of that, customer service is terrible, accountability is nonexistent, and the management, including the CEO name calls customers instead of addressing legitimate concerns. (Filter the 1 star reviews) Misleading marketing, poor quality, and completely unprofessional leadership. Horrible company.
First filter out all the 1 star reviews and youll see theyre all the same issue!! They were extremely helpful when they were selling this to us. Called us back right away....typical sales people play. Then they sold us a compressor and never came to service it when we had issues with it. It was failing constantly. After we called many times they said they wouldnt service us anymore. And absolutely with no reason !!!! All we had were issues with them and the compressor and equipment itself.
