Employees are extremely rude and accusatory. They treat you like a criminal just for trying to cash your check. I was told to come back with proper identification and when I came back they had more excuses why they couldn’t cash my check. Went to Walmart and it got cashed no problem. Very disappointing, if you don’t like your job just get a new one but you don’t have to treat people, especially working mothers, so nasty who are just trying to survive.
Alicia and the supervisor are rude and racist. Alicia wouldn’t cash check that was 15 days old. It was for April and I don’t have to explain why. Your job is to cash the check. It’s from Fed Ex so it’s not a fake check. She proceeded to call me out my name behind that glass. They both pretended to call the manager when I asked to soeak to one. They’re ignorant and need customer service skills. They can refuse a check because I asked why u asking me it’s not outdated.
Are they open on Easter ????
They said they had money, they came across the whole city and said there was no money! We arrived 20 minutes after they called!
