Very rude, unprofessional and dismissive. The guy at the window tried to argue with me that the check I was trying to cash was from a loan even though I had all of my business documents and proof that the check was for an account closure. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.
Great staff awesome customer service and fair pricing in check cashing
Absolute rubbish went here to cash a check and was met with EXTREMELY Poor customer service. What should have been a fairly simple transaction turned into the clerk arguing with me having a comeback for literally EVERYTHING. There was him and there was an older lady who were constantly arguing with me over a check I was attempting to cash but according to them the check was too old even though I have 6 months to cash it. Mind you, the check came in the mail while I was out of town and I didn’t even see it until I got back. T... read more
