Avis has really been good for me until my recent rental. I booked a rental at a Conyers location, they call me 20mins before pickup to say they have no cars available. I call customer service speak with an agent named Tony that guaranteed me the same price if I went to the airport. Just book it and call back once it is picked up and they will take care of it.
