I really don’t have any bad things to say about this company. I felt like they needed to be clear about rent to own program. For example I made 4 payments and I was told to have my own insurance so I couldn’t get it over the weekend so I ended up getting it. So I was ask to send a copy of the declaration to them but I couldn’t because it takes 2to 3 days until I get it so I was charged for the 3 day rental instead after I spent my money on insurance. So I don’t understand this at all
I have rented cars a few of my employees multiple times since 2014, every time customer service was excellent, the cars were great, prices were reasonable, and I was generally very happy with the experience. They now offered the Rent To Own program, which is pure genius, a lot of people can’t afford putting a down payment nowadays so I think this is great. I highly recommend this establishment, ask for Ronnie.
Attention 5COMPANY ALERT 1st, I want to say, They are A God Sent Company. My father had passed and no cars were available at the Airport. My friend told me to check instagram,I did. Reached out, via Direct Message, got a reply in 4 minutes, quoted a price and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The Car was very clean. Smelled amazing inside the car.
