Softer and more intimate lighting than a typical grocery store, however there are very full spectrum lighting arrays at the fruit and produce sections, for great visibility in making selections. Favorite purchase are the glazed lemon bar cookies from a bakery in Emeryville CA, delicious! The product selection here is phenomenal due to the fact that they have the essentials down to a science for seasonal and visiting guests. One visit here and you can prepare for 5 weekend visitors! Highly recommended!
Rude workers that have an entitled attitude, especially the cashier.
Apparently there are new owners/management? No way to see if they have certain wines other than look through everything? To their credit they tried calling the buyer.
What happened to these stores ? Ketchum the owner is just so rude and some entitled employees who think they own stock ! Both Ketchum and Hailey has deli food that used to be great but now is just plain disgusting and expensive . I found a hair in my deli item of 8$ yikes ! They need a reboot and new cooks especially at the Hailey store . Really it’s lien grabbing something from Gooding . Hard to mess up potato salad but you managed .
