I STRONGLY suggest finding another firm I did everything that was ask of me and there seems to be an issue with my car. I called the finance company and get an automated message that I need to get permission from my attorney before moving forward making a payment. Ryan was my attorney and he will not answer emails. Also if you do a payment plan they will not take the money out on the dates that you ask them to. They take it whenever they want.
I've read over the reviews they are all good. This hasn't been our experience they haven't returned any of our calls we've never filed bankruptcy before we was left in limbo. Our case was dismissed over a payment which we would of made if we were told. I don't understand this has been nothing but even more stress that we certainly didn't need.
The wife and I had a very good time dealing with Atkinson/Simms and Kermode. Ryan Atkinson is a very nice and polite lawyer. He does a very good job and will help you with any need you. I would absolutly use the company again if needed! Thank You for your time and service!
