My recent experience with the Atkinson shuttles was dreadful. It was from the service recieved to trying talking with management about it. My plane from a long overseas flight landed at the Brisbane airport at 9am, 17th April. Originally I was booked by the Atkinsons for 11am pick up, but they notified me that it moved to 2pm. It was hard for me after 30 hours of planes trip to stay for extra hours at the airport but I agreed to this. I’ve been using Atkinson’s shuttle service since I moved up here a couple of years ago. The contact person is professional and courteous. The driver, Paul, is very friendly and knows exactly what he’s doing. I’m extremely happy with their service—highly recommended.
Atkinson's will get you from Hervey Bay/Maryborough to your important Brisbane plane, appointment or event on time and with a smile. I have used this company twice now - they are reliable and give a lot of flexibility because they do the trip down and up 3 times a day. Special shout out to the drivers who safely ferried me and fellow passengers safely in heavy rain and in the face of flood warnings yesterday. Thoroughly recommend using this local small business to get you there.
