Super nice guy.
I cannot think of enough good things to say about this gentleman in his business. He has the knowledge and the tone when he answers the phone that you just know he is going to do his best to to help you. I called him with a somewhat emergency. Our stove had died and we had no other heat source. He went above and beyond for us. I would avoid this man at all costs. The Incompetence, lack of accountability and unprofessionalism at its best. Incapable of repairs on products he sells, his solution is to place a dime coin as a repair and surprise surprises it still didn’t work. Then files a claim thru warranty for the part , months I hear nothing then I call. He than tells me I can pick it up and install myself.
