No matter how much they work for the defendant, it is illogical and they may lose if we go to trial together. Speechless.
Read the other reviews. Hiring these guys is a huge, costly mistake. We were referred to them because Bill Betley (a partner) was supposed to be a hard hitting settlement negotiator. In reality, he dragged our case on for years, didn't tell us about settlement requests from the plaintiff, and didn't convey our settlement offers to the plaintiff. I won’t recommend this law firm to my enemy, they are blood suckers and they will keep you spending until you don’t have any money then they will quit on you, they are inhuman and I am sure karma is taking care of them, they simply can’t connect the dots, but they are dishonest and they will rob you, do not hire them they are pigs! They just robbed us on 35k then they fired themselves after doing nothing for 35k!
The reason I cannot recommend this law firm is because they are not thorough in knowing all the laws pertaining to a case. According to the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in 2001 Good News Club versus Milford School District (533 U.S. 98), a district cannot prohibit the free speech rights of any groups seeking access to a public school.
