I didn't buy anything, but they were extremely helpful in solving an issue I was having with my bike and I will be making all bike related purchases from here going forward.
Atkins Bike Shop in Verona WI is a fantastic place to go for all your biking needs. Ally and all the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchases and service. I will try to buy anything biking related from Atkins and they have a great purchase and trade in policy if you have growing kids and will need to buy different sized bikes as they grow.
Through Google, we found the shop just around the corner from our hotel (Fairfield Inn). After we entered the shop, we were met with friendly smiles and greetings. Since we were out of town visitors with needing derailleur adjustment/repair and chain replacement, they got us right in. They called us for updates and after only a couple of hours, we had the bike back better than new for a good trek around Madison. What customer service!
