I had an excellent experience today (August 7th) at the Atkins bicycle shop in Verona, Wisconsin. The service department sorted out my bike's issue quickly and professionally. I'm traveling across country and they kindly had me back on the road within a couple of hours. The staff even gave me a great recommend for a breakfast/lunch spot nearby where I could grab a bite to eat while I waited on the repairs to be completed.
