Ativo is a lovely facility in a great location with a caring staff, great amenities and lots of activities.
Absolutely incredible service and staff. Luis the Executive Director is over-the-top. No issue is too small to be handled. He has helped us so much with my husband’s parents. The facility is very livable and comfortable. Residents are out and about all during the day. We have been very impressed with the facility and staff from the first day we went in. We highly recommend this facility.
I live here in Ativo and I was so impressed with the staff and the kitchen. I was impressed with Luis the moment I shook his hand! We spent 4 hours together on a tour and I had to move in….i ordered 4 pouched eggs by the chef and was in love! Amazing place!
Amazing staff clean on top of everything. If you have any questions ask for Luis. If you move in ask for Kristine to be your provider and you’ll have the best.
Staff turnover is horrible and caregivers are always stressed because of staffing issues. Not a safe place.
