Atitlan leather makes excellent products. I have ordered multiple products from them, ranging from wallets to bags, and each has arrived extremely quickly and has been fantastic quality. Each of the products I purchased are made of excellent leather and beautifully finished. Shipping is extremely fast as well. I also like knowing where my products were made, which is part of Atitlan’s mission. Overall, I have been extremely impressed by Atitlan Leather’s products, and look forward to ordering more in the future.
Boots the house down! The boots I ordered for my mom turned out perfect and beautiful. The quality is wonderful. When we received them they exceeded expectations. I do want say that the boots took about 3 months to arrive. If you need them for an event, gift or holiday just keep that in mind.

So, in the end I got a full refund. I can't really make a statement one way or the other. I ordered a wallet on Jan 28 which I never received. Walter from Atitlan says he did not see my email and that Fedex returned the product. He did ask for me to repay for shipping (12usd) if I wanted the wallet. I refused. In the meantime Paypal decided in my favor. I'm sorry that it came to this. Edit: Walter says that he decided to refund and Paypal used the phrase ''decided in my favor".
