my husband was called the day before he was to start outpt therapy, saying they would not accept our insurance,and yet you told him you would do a PA for therapy and get it all taken care of. some serious lack of planning on their part and then they said they wouldn't take my HAMP insurance
I had been dealing with shoulder pain for about 6yrs. Last fall (2024) I decide to get orthoscopic surgery. Going into surgery, I thought it was a single labral tear and recovery time would be a couple months total. When I woke from surgery it was actually 2 labral tears, rotator cuff, and my bicep was torn. I don't think I did my diligence in researching what it was going to take to get my arm/shoulder back to pre-surgery condition minus the pain from the tears. I was in a sling for 6wks. I have been a patient at ATI Physical Therapy for several years. Jessica, Mandy, Michelle, Lisa are excellent providers of care. They have seen me through two knee Replacements problems with my hips neck and shoulder and foot. I would go nowhere else. The ultrasound is particularly helpful. I'm back again because my right hip is as old as I am. Mandy did my initial assessment and she was extraordinarily thorough. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It’s hard for me to put into words ATI in Tuscola has completely changed my life It helped give me so much of my life back to me. It took a lot of hard work a lot of patience. It was one of the biggest struggles of my life , I looked back after a year and a half of being in there working hard doing my best the doubt that I had when I walked into ATI Had quickly faded away.
