As someone who is plus sized, I was really nervous and worried starting physical therapy. I didnāt know if I would feel comfortable with my physical therapist or if I would feel judged. The staff at ATI Newton are absolutely incredible at what they do and making you feel included. We have made adaptations to certain exercises so that they accommodate my body type, as well as trial and error to see what works and I never once felt insecure or judged by needing that.
