Friendly and helpful staff. The stretches and exercises have helped my hip a great deal.
Great facility and wonderful people!
Everyone is very friendly. They ask questions to understand what it is I want to be able to do and then they show me exercises to help me get there. Maria and Darcy both asked what I was trying to do and showed me stretches and exercises to help me progress.
