My experience with the Grand Prairie, Camp Wisdom office was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the office manager, Meagan Brown. She consistently displayed unprofessional behavior and a lack of compassion. On multiple occasions, she publicly called out patients for being a few minutes late, which was both embarrassing and unnecessary. I want to thank the staff for the outstanding physical therapy sessions provided after both hip and both knee replacement surgeries.
