From day one, I was quite impressed by the staff. Very friendly, warm, and professional. Every session, they asked me how I was feeling and the level of my pain. They always made adjustments to my sessions to help with the pain level. I took my surgery report with me and asked them to read it to me and explain, in plain language, what I had done. Love it there they are so nice and have great customer service
The therapist was very complete in evaluating my physical condition. Although I had my left knee replaced she gave me information that will help me with the replacement of my right knee.
Therapist are wonderful, friendly, and interested in you getting you healthy. They are also interested in you as a person. Which I find fantastic. They actually care about you.
Love the attention to detail and working with my pain level but also attentive to my workouts. Would highly recommend ATI at Mount Airy anytime
