The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They’re great at handling multiple patients and monitoring my progress. The app is great for logging my efforts at home, reminding me of specific exercises and stretches, and also includes video demonstrations if I need help recalling how the therapists explained things.
Messaged their customer service email on website to begin service, I reached out to ati because you’re in my network, one response after 10ish days asking for my insurance information, then no response for like 20 days, despite many emails. I will have to look elsewhere. I have 35 appointments per year on my insurance allowed, and intend to use them all. You guys need to work on your customer service at main office, you’re losing business. Update: Another 10 days later and still no response wow
