I had a great experience at ATI in University Place. Linda, Frank, and the staff are awesome! A friendly and caring environment. They truly invest themselves in your recovery. Everyone is very attentive to the details. They listen with care to help identify routines to enhance recovery. I had a great outcome. I can't recommend them enough.
Very nice people. If you’re an older person or a person who doesn’t play sports or had a work related injury I'd recommend care here. Each PT juggles 2-3 patients at a time. Just wasn’t for me. I’m fine with the early stage exercises of my *ACL/Meniscus* rehab but just felt like there was no game plan of what to expect or what they should see before moving forward. Jake was solid but he was gone for a while and only worked here once a week.
The staff is friendly, talented and helpful. I was in pretty bad shape physically when I first started going there. Since then, the staff has been very patient with me and has really helped me improve.
Linda Morgan Kim and especially Frank have all been 100% the best physical therapists' i have had the pleasure to work with, they all are very helpful and I appreciate any help I could get from them. Frank is a great person as well I highly recommend working with him or anyone else at this place. 10/10
I highly recommend ATI University Place. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the team is composed of passionate and dedicated professionals. Frank and Morgan consistently go above and beyond to ensure a positive and welcoming experience. During my initial visit, Linda was calm, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. Their exceptional service truly stands out!
