The staff at the Aurora Indian Trail location is outstanding! From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much they truly care about every patient. They work so well together as a team and create a welcoming, upbeat environment. I highly recommend any of the therapists at this location—you’ll be in great hands!
I am only rating this one star because you cannot rate lower. If I could I would be rating -100. My husband had an appointment at ATI for PT for his injuring. Unfortunately, there was a huge storm in the area and our power was out for DAYS, resulting in our basement to flood. So we rescheduled his appt. because we had to deal with a flooded basement. From the start not knowing what to expect everyone had been so nice knowledgeable making me feel comfortable.
The staff at ATI was very kind compassionate and caring when I will go in for my physical therapy they knew just what to do and showed me the exercises so I can do them properly at home great job ATI
