The staff was nice, however, I felt more attention was placed on older clients or children who had appointments during my time window. My therapy was very independent of the staff—meaning I knew my repetitive exercises and performed them with minimal staff attention because they were so involved with assisting others. Incredible experience and staff! Was going here for about 2 months. Just finished up recently And it was a great experience for the 2 months or so that I was here. Facility was super clean. Easy to get to parking was always available. I mostly came during the mornings but a couple times I had to reschedule and they were super reasonable and easy to reschedule with. ATI in Gambrills, Md. is extremely professional from the assistants to the head physical therapist. I would not go anywhere else!
They are very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
