This was my first time here and I was very nervous. The staff have all made me feel comfortable! Very relaxed atmosphere and they are all super helpful. I am starting to feel a difference in my condition from the therapy have gotten so far.
I’ve had semi okay luck with PT in the past, but the advice has always felt very one size fits all or people just going through the motions. That was absolutely not my experience at ATI. My physical therapist Michelle Tonkinson was beyond knowledgeable, professional and caring. Michelle and her group are really good, very knowledgeable and friendly.
They are great. Very caring, knowledgeable and fun to be around. You can tell that they care about you. They do their best to help you get as close to normal as they can. Will be recommending them to family and friends.
I had originally been referred to a different office who didn’t ever call me. When I called a week after the referral was sent they told me it would be at least a week before they could get to my referral. Nut grand when you’re in significant pain and having mobility issues. My doctor changed the referral over to ATI who got me in that day. They’ve been understanding of my anxiety and very helpful so far. The staff are professional and very kind.
