My experience at this ATI was perfect. Dion, along with the other therapist, we're very knowledgeable and we're quick to address all my immediate problems. Having to do rehab, it's usually not easy and is hard work, but they made the process feel as easy and painless as possible.
They asked me to be 15 minutes early. I show up to work at 6:45 AM. No one showed up to 7:00 AM another one just walked in about 7:10 AM I made my appointment the earliest as possible so I could make it to work on time My paperwork is complete. No one comes to acknowledge me. Been to an ATI off of Thomas people there are more friendly attention to you right away My first visit today and not a happy camper
What they do here is phenomenal! All of the therapists are helpful and ensure that you are comfortable, but also challenged enough to heal. I highly recommend this ATI location for therapy and I recommend literally everyone who works here, you will be taken care of!
Why is it so difficult to cancel an appointment. why do I have to talk to someone in clinic if I am canceling am appointment for having back pain. if I am in pain i would prefer not waiting on the phone to explain my pain to someone else just cancel my appointment
One of the best ATI locations out here in Phoenix. Dion is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions and share knowledge on what's happening with your injury or ailment. He will even go the extra mile and answer any other questions related to injury rehab. It's also great that dry needling is an option here as well. Overall, great location, my shoulder pain was relieved after all the exercises I was given. The atmosphere here is always positive, friendly and fun as well.
