Wow! Give this place a GOLD !!! Today was my 1st day bringing my mom. The staff/employees knew everyone name as a whole & greeted them as they came in, the clients knew the other clients names and greeted them as they walked in with enthusiasm while smiling. Clients were asked to participate in a trivia question where you saw they were happy to participate. I saw all ages and colors. Great place. Very knowledgeable. Very professional & patient. Rick is awesome! Brookhaven location on Edgemont.
My experience was wonderful. I built strength with Rick. He taught me exercises that I am continuing hopefully forever. They were not difficult but did help a lot. Rick made me feel confident in going forward. At 66, never an exercising person I was embarrassed to go here so so out of shape. I was put at ease with a smiling friendly staff. Thanks
