My experience was wonderful. I built strength with Rick. He taught me exercises that I am continuing hopefully forever. They were not difficult but did help a lot. Rick made me feel confident in going forward. At 66, never an exercising person I was embarrassed to go here so so out of shape. I was put at ease with a smiling friendly staff. Thanks
I love this place for my PT needs. Rick and Reba are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. They are gentle and compassionate with the care they deliver. I am encouraged to keep pressing to reach my physical activity goals with their help. I am so glad I came here.
