I am very satisfied with my therapy all the staff members are very caring
I had a great experience with the team and everyone I worked with was professional and supportive. A special mention to Violet, who I worked with the most. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. She always took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood each exercise. Her positive attitude made every session enjoyable and motivating.
I love everyone at the Clarksburg, Maryland location, however; this is the dirtiest location that I have ever had pt at. Nobody, wipe anything down after each use but the beds. Every piece of equipment have so much dust on it & under it that I have to take Xolair shots monthly and allergy medication just to do pt at this location. I only continue to go to this location because you have a great staff but to be honest, I don’t know how much more that I can take when the weather gets hotter and I need pt. Came to this ATI location with lower back pain and honestly left feeling like a new man. The staff here is so knowledgeable and patient, especially for people like me who may not get an exercise right the first time around. What really stood out was how they treated everyone. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like family. By the time I was discharged, it was actually a little bittersweet because I had gotten to know everyone so well.
