I applied for and was approved for financial assistance in 2020. Physical Therapy is a big business here so I had a lot of choices on where to go for post surgery recovery. I chose ATI solely because they had an assistance program I would qualify for. I started to get statements so I emailed the financial office to specifically avoid collections and was told to disregard the statements until all of the dates of service had been finalized with insurance.
