I came into ATI in Maricopa, Az a couple weeks ago and they started right away getting me going on mt left shoulder. At first the rubbing that Taylor was working on was tender and hurt just a little. Then the moving of my shoulder with certain equipment started. I've learned from the staff there that little by little I'll strengthen my shoulder muscles and I'll begin to feel better. Doing what is right should not be complicated. My in-clinic experience at ATI was fine—the physical therapy itself met expectations. The issue is with billing and how ATI handled my account. Before scheduling, I spoke with multiple receptionists to confirm insurance coverage. They reviewed my plan, took a couple of days to verify, and then assured me—both over the phone and again at my first appointment—that I had a $0 copay. Over the years I've had three occasions to receive physical therapy from this institution. And it's always been the same. And I can sum it up in one word. GREAT!
WOW! I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care I received over the past 2.5 months at ATI Physical Therapy in Maricopa, Arizona. When I first walked in, I was in constant, debilitating pain. I couldn't open a jar, lift objects, twist, bend, or even sleep comfortably.
