The staff is amazing. Incredibly professional and encouraging. The call center needs work. I have been going to ATI for many years. I prefer talking to staff at the the facility I am going too. I don't want to speak to the call center. I have had a long wait time in the past and I just hung up. I also had them ask me why I wanted to speak to clinical staff. It is none of their business. They transferred and drop my call. They had my name and number and never called back. I just ended driving over and talking with staff. I ju... read more
